Every build is broken into milestones agreed upfront. You approve each milestone before work on it begins. You are billed for a milestone only after it is completed and you have approved it. You never pay for work you have not seen and approved.

After a free workflow teardown. Quoted as one fixed price, typically $2,500 to $7,500. The fee is credited toward the build.

You see working software at each milestone, approve it, and only then are billed.

The finished tool goes live, hosted by us or by you.

We host it, or you do. Either way, you own it.

What a build costs
Most builds run $15,000 to $50,000, depending on scope, fixed in writing before any milestone begins. Hosting and support is from $750 per month if we host, and there is no monthly fee if you host.
