How we price
Every project starts with a free workflow teardown. If it is a fit, step one is a paid discovery, typically $2,500 to $7,500, quoted as one fixed price.
One fixed price, agreed in writing before any work begins. You own the code, the data, and the infrastructure, with no per-seat fees and no lock-in.
Milestone billing
You pay for finished, approved work. Nothing else.

When your situation matches a tool we have already built, we deploy it as a starting point and adapt it to you. Fixed scope, fixed price, and usually below a full custom build.
What changes the price
How many systems you are connecting, how much is built new, how messy the data is, and compliance requirements.
After launch
- Included: small tweaks such as labels, small options, and AI prompt adjustments.
- Not included: new features, screens, or integrations, which are quoted separately.
- If we host: tweaks are part of the monthly fee.
- If you host: tweaks are small paid requests.
