Pricing

What it costs, before you ever get on a call.

Custom software does not come with a sticker price, because no two builds are the same. But you should still be able to tell in about a minute whether we are in your range. So here is how we price and roughly where projects land. No call required to find out.

How we price

One fixed price, agreed in writing before any work begins. We scope the project, send you a proposal with exactly what we will build and what it costs, and you approve it before we write a line of code. No hourly meter, no packages to decode, no surprises on the invoice. You own the code, the data, and the infrastructure outright, with no per-seat fees and nothing locked to us.

Where projects land

Simple, single-workflow builds start around $10,000. Most first builds fall between $15,000 and $50,000, because we deliberately start small, with the one workflow costing you the most, so the price reflects exactly that and not a platform you do not need.

Delivery

Two ways to run what we build

The build price is the same either way. You choose how the tool is hosted and operated.

  • You host it

We build the tool and hand it over. You own the code, the data, and the infrastructure, and you run it in your own environment. Best if you have your own technical setup or IT.

    No monthly fee.

  • We host it

We build the tool and run it for you. You log in and use it, nothing to deploy or maintain on your side. You still own everything we build and can move to hosting it yourself at any time. No lock-in.

Hosting and support: from $750 per month, scaled to the size of your tool.

Unusually high usage volume is priced separately.

Both options are available. You decide which fits, and changing your mind later is fine, since you own the build in both cases.

A few examples, so you can place yourself

Your exact number depends on scope, which we pin down before you commit. As a rough guide:

  • A focused tool that removes one costly processFor example, automating a repetitive workflow end to end, pulling the data out of the documents your team retypes by hand, or connecting two systems that should talk but do not.$10,000 to $25,000
  • A custom tool your team works in daily, wired to your systemsFor example, an internal operations tool or portal, a document pipeline that reads, checks, and posts clean data into your systems, or a dashboard that unifies several sources into one trusted view.$30,000 to $75,000
  • A system that spans your operation, or puts AI to work across itFor example, automation across several connected systems, an assistant or search tool trained on your own documents, or modernizing an aging system in stages.starting around $100,000

A faster starting point

When the problem is common, we can start from something we have already built.

Some problems are common enough that we have already built most of the answer. When your situation matches one of the tools we have built before, we can deploy that as a starting point, configured for your data and your workflow, then adapt it to fit. You own the code, the data, and the infrastructure, the same as with everything we build. A starting-point deployment is a fixed scope at a fixed price, and it tends to land below a full custom build. If your situation turns out to need more, the starting point becomes the first step of a custom build, and what you paid carries forward.

What changes the price

Four things move it most: how many systems you are connecting, how much is built new versus wiring together what you already pay for, how messy the underlying data is, and compliance. Regulated work with audit and security requirements adds scope, and we account for it explicitly. We tell you which apply to your project, and why, in the proposal.

After launch

  • Included: small tweaks such as changing a button label, adjusting what an existing button does, adding a small option like emailing a result, or adjusting an AI prompt when the output looks off.
  • Not included: new features, new screens, new integrations, or anything that meaningfully expands what the tool does. Those are scoped and quoted separately as their own small projects.
  • If we host: included tweaks are part of the monthly hosting and support fee.
  • If you host: there is no monthly relationship, so tweaks are handled as small paid requests.

For a fixed price on your specific workflow, book a free 30-minute teardown. Bring the process costing you the most, and you will leave knowing roughly what it would take to fix and what it would cost, whether you build it with us or not.

If the teardown shows a real fit, the next step is a free discovery: a fixed-scope review where we map your workflow, confirm what would be built or deployed, and hand you a written plan and a fixed price. If we cannot see a path worth building, we will tell you, and you keep the plan.
