How it works
Referrals enter the system from whatever channel they arrive on. AI extracts patient and clinical fields from fax images to reduce intake time, then staff confirm and advance the record through scheduling.
Status notifications go back to referring offices automatically at key milestones—received, contacted, scheduled—so relationships stay warm without staff sending one-off emails.
